Wondering why we had poor internet today, I phoned my ISP.
After making a few enquiries, the operator informed me that they were doing recabling work in my area and I'd have a poor connection for the next week.
With so much of our lives and business now relying on internet services, it would have been nice to have had at least some notice of disruption - especially as I pay for a 50mg premium service!
So..... not too sure how much I might be able to get online for the next few days.
