Horror Movies

Do you like Horror movies?
What type do you like?

I can't watch them as they always seem to scare the life out of me..they also seem to have a cat that likes to jump out when all is calm..
my daughter though loves the horror films..she likes things like paranormal activity or the grudge but she loves halloween the original one

I can no longer tolerate horror movies.

I know it's gory, but there's gory, and then there's gory for the sake of.

I'm with Phoenix on this one, when they started making Zombie movies, Horror films died, for me. I agree that there is Gore and there is Gore. These days, they go over the top.

I do like horror movies however to an extent, too scary and I can't watch and too silly and it just takes all the interest out of watching a horror movie to be honest. I have watched some really good horror movies and then there has been times when I have watched one and there has been nothing to it, more gore than anything else and they call it scary.

I like horror movies but there aren't that many good ones that are truly scary, I don't find the zombie movies very scary as some of them are quite corny. I prefer thrillers like Silence of the Lambs and I love the first 2 Alien movies.

Most horror movies don't do anything for me, so I don't bother with them. The only horror movies I quite like are the Zombie movies. They can be ok.

I think the problem is horror movies are all just blood and guts.
It would be nice if they made a good old fashioned Ghost story.

I grew up on horror movies and still enjoy them now, however like most of you im not into slash horror, ive out grown all of that.

These days i prefer a good psychological film, something to get my teeth into and my mind whirling xxx

I've never liked horror movies of tough action movies. I like a good strong story with good actors.

I use to like 'em but not anymore. Reasons. Long story.
